Founder, The Arcadian House
I am a creative strategist, storyteller, interviewer and human-centred conversation facilitator whose work explores one central question:
What becomes possible when people are given the space to speak honestly, listen more deeply and see one another beyond their roles, assumptions and circumstances?
For more than two decades, my work has brought together storytelling, media, entrepreneurship, social observation and meaningful human conversation.
Early in my career, I created a documentary examining the influence of celebrity culture and media on impressionable minds in India. The film aired on national television, was featured during Documentary Film Festival Week at the India Habitat Centre and was later added to the collection of the University of Iowa Main Library.
Since then, my work has continued across creative leadership, entrepreneurship, documentary storytelling, interviewing and purpose-led community experiences. Through HPR HEROES, WeWise and The Arcadian Circle, I have created spaces for people to share stories of resilience, wisdom, identity, growth, belonging and second chances.
Across more than 40 purpose-led filmed conversations, I discovered that my role extends beyond asking prepared questions. I listen for the experience beneath the answer - the detail that may otherwise be overlooked and create the conditions in which people can move beyond rehearsed responses and speak with greater honesty.
Today, through The Arcadian House, I bring these experiences together to create meaningful, human-centred work rooted in storytelling, reflection, connection and practical transformation.
My work includes MidDay Pause™, a structured workplace behavioural experience designed to help people pause, think more clearly, learn from one another and return to their workday with one conscious action; Vision One World, my nonprofit initiative focused on storytelling, mentorship, community and belonging; and Antiquity Soul, a meaning-led collection of natural-stone pendants inspired by resilience, transformation and personal legacy.
